Private equity-trained strategic operator with deep domain expertise spanning utility-scale renewables and distributed energy resources.
Former Executive and Advisor to Vista Equity Partners and Goldman Sachs portfolios, where she developed institutional discipline in strategy, capital deployment and operational excellence.
Leading Strategic Operations at Power Factors, she architected global operations and commercial frameworks for multi-GW renewable portfolio management.
Leads company vision, business development, operational roadmap, and stakeholder alignment across hyperscale datacenter operators, grid authorities, and institutional capital partners.

Matt Caldwell
CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF AGENT OFFICER
Pioneered the foundational mathematical frameworks underpinning HyperBase’s core IP, and co-invented Patent-Pending Entropy System.
Multiple founder with extensive background in advanced technology systems and energy market operations.
Brings unique dual expertise in both artificial intelligence architecture and grid-scale power systems. Early career included novel AI/ML solution architecting at Studio X (Shell), enabling rapid translation from theoretical research to production-grade pilot deployment.

Dr. William Cunningham
BOARD MEMBER
Holds the James L. Bayless Chair in Free Enterprise at the University of Texas at Austin, where he teaches corporate governance at the UT Austin School of Law and the McCombs School of Business.
Previously served as President of UT Austin (1985–1992) and Chancellor of the University of Texas System (1992–2000).
Public company board service includes Chairman of Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE: LNC), Lead Director of Southwest Airlines (NYSE: LUV), and the John Hancock Mutual Funds Board, plus more than a dozen other public and private company boards.
Honors include a Distinguished Alumnus Award from Michigan State University and the Distinguished Service Award from UT Austin.

Dave Saathoff
STRATEGIC ADVISOR
Advanced-technology operator specializing in semiconductor, nanotech, biomedical, next-gen energy, and quantum devices, with a background in strategy, operations, and business/economic development across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Track record of launching and scaling leading-edge initiatives accounting for tens of billions of dollars in investment, facilities, operations, and programs. Start-up team and phases 2–6 of SEMATECH, widely credited with helping transform Austin into an internationally recognized technology center.
Launched and scaled Albany NanoTech; stood up an advanced biomedical company focused on nanotechnology drug delivery and diagnostics; and built a 200mm/300mm microelectronics fab to accelerate commercialization across multiple fields. Co-led the Advanced Energy Center, PVMC photovoltaics operation, and NeoCity / BRIDG, a 500-acre site for smart sensors, photonics, optics, and advanced system integration.
Served as senior economic development and technology advisor to the Texas Governor’s Office, helping create the Texas Technology Initiative, Texas Economic Development Fund, and Emerging Technology Fund.

Phil Wilson
STRATEGIC ADVISOR
Utility and public-infrastructure operator specializing in power generation, transmission, water supply, and large-scale capital delivery, with a background spanning quasi-state enterprises, statewide agencies, and investor-owned energy companies across Texas.
Track record of leading organizations responsible for tens of billions of dollars in assets, capital programs, and operating budgets. Served twelve years as General Manager & CEO of the Lower Colorado River Authority, one of the nation’s largest public power and water utilities, spanning dams, reservoirs, water rights, generation, and nearly 5,000 miles of transmission serving more than a million Texans.
At LCRA, delivered hundreds of millions in wholesale rate relief; brought the Arbuckle Reservoir online; developed the Timmerman gas peaking plant; and expanded a transmission business now serving 70+ counties through one of the fastest-growing load regions in the country.
Texas’ 106th Secretary of State; former Executive Director & CEO of TxDOT, a state agency with a roughly $20 billion biennial budget; former SVP of Public Affairs and corporate officer at Luminant, Texas’ largest power generator; former interim Executive Commissioner of Texas Health and Human Services. Former chair of the State Energy Plan Advisory Committee and past chair of the Austin Chamber of Commerce.
