StrataIQ is a ~195M-parameter, physics-informed multimodal geospatial transformer that scores AI-factory site viability and produces full powered-shell designs. It fuses six data modalities through spatial-graph attention and emits per-site scores across eight assessment heads.
The two outputs that gate every site decision, time-to-power (months) and usable capacity (MW), are scored directly, before a dollar is spent on site work.
