02 · TAXONOMY

Two project classes.

CLASS A

7 projects

Hyperscale campuses

Gigawatt-class sites co-located with dispatchable generation and BESS. Designed from the transmission out, not from the meter in. Load profile: training + inference at frontier scale.

CLASS B

9 projects

Distributed DC-Class

Subsurface sites paired with surface-level generation. Targeted at workloads requiring exceptional physical security, thermal envelope, and long-duration energy availability.

03 · OPERATIONAL ASSET

An operational data center, acquired.

HyperBase acquired an operational data center from Shell for R&D and pilot validation. The site serves as the reference environment for Entropy™ dispatch testing against live workload signatures, away from the pipeline proper.

Asset details, operating telemetry, and pilot results are not disclosed on the public site.

04 · STRATEGIC

Partnership and government funding pipeline.

Active engagement with strategic partners and U.S. government funding vehicles aligned with domestic AI compute capacity and grid modernization. Specific counterparties and program affiliations are not disclosed here.
